These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of Hazynice govern the use of the hazynice.com website and its associated mobile applications. By creating an account or using any of our services on this platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

There are a few important rules to follow when placing bets on Hazynice. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so always review the odds and details carefully before placing your bet.

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes will not affect already confirmed bets.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit
• Required wagering must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly without any wagering requirement
• Bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry
• Bonus funds cannot be used to activate other bonuses
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hazynice platform. Any member found to be in violation will have their account permanently closed, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Use of bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using another person's personal or payment information
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security infrastructure

Hazynice reserves the right to close any account if a member is found to have violated these Terms. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during the course of an investigation.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time — simply contact support and the account will be closed within 48 hours. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
